Ready to make a difference?

Here are three ways to get started:

1. Tell your Senators to support the Right to Contraception Act!

After overturning the constitutional right to abortion, at least one Supreme Court justice also wants to overturn the constitutional right to contraception. This is unacceptable! The Senate is expected to vote soon on a bill to enshrine the right to contraception in federal law. Click here to send an email to your Senators, urging them to support the Right to Contraception Act.

2. Highlight the plight of Americans held hostage by Hamas!

The families of people who are being held hostage by Hamas in Gaza have asked Congress to publicly highlight the plight of the eight American hostages, to host press events, to engage with journalists and media outlets, and to utilize social media to share their stories and raise awareness. Click here to email your members of Congress and re-share the hostage families’ letter.

3. Wear Orange on June 7!

Friday, June 7 is National Gun Violence Awareness Day, also known as Wear Orange day. Use this social media toolkit to raise awareness about the gun violence public health crisis, wear orange in memory of those who have been taken by gun violence, and keep your eyes open for a special Wear Orange action alert from JWI.
