Sign up now for the JCWLP Cohort!
Be a part of the 2022 Jewish Communal Women's Leadership Project (JCLWP) Cohort! This free, virtual experience is recommended for mid- to senior-level leaders looking to network with their professional peers, form a community of celebration and support, and learn from experts on workplace culture, tech, diversity and more.
Why are we creating this cohort?
Recent reports show that 45% of new CEO hires in the Jewish community are women, which is an exciting development. However, what are issues still faced by women in leadership? How does a deep-seated patriarchal ideology still pervade and how can female-identifying leaders prepare for these challenges? More importantly, how can we, as future leaders of the Jewish community, drive change?
What is involved?
Ten Professional Development Masterclasses: To get the most out of these expert-led sessions on workplace culture, technology, finance, diversity, lay leadership, and more, we strongly encourage you to participate actively in each conversation.
Peer Groups: You will have the option to form personal connections with other members of this cohort during virtual lunchtime conversations. A professional coach will guide these sessions to facilitate bonding, so the group continues as a source of networking, support and celebration.
Access to Prior Cohorts: Participants will be connected to the previous year’s participants via a private Facebook group.
This series is open to all female-identifying and non-binary leaders of Jewish communal organizations. Space is limited as we are creating an intimate cohort experience where participants can build strong relationships with one another.
When is it?
The development masterclasses will begin in March and will all be held virtually. We will provide specific dates after sign up confirmation.
There is no cost to participate. Please sign up by February 28, 2022.
