LIZ JOSEFSBERG is a health, wellness, and weight loss expert best known for helping actress and musician Jennifer Hudson lose weight and transform her life. Before launching her own consulting firm in 2013, Josefsberg worked as the director of brand advocacy for Weight Watchers. Today she serves as a wellness expert consulting in the wearable technology sector, creating weight loss programs for forward-thinking entities, and helping technology-enabled weight loss and health devices come to market.
Josefsberg has appeared on shows including The Dr. Oz Show and The Oprah Winfrey Show, and in national print publications such as The New York Times and Real Simple. She is the author of Weight Watchers’ “Success Handbook” and “Find Your Fingerprint.” Her book Target 100: The World’s Simplest Weight Loss Program in 6 Easy Steps was published in 2017.
