JWI is excited to bring its Young Women's Impact Network (YWIN) to the South Florida Jewish community. 

YWIN brings together Jewish professional women in their 20s and 30s across the U.S. and Israel to:

- Grow as leaders in their workplaces with empowering professional development programs.

- Form supportive peer-led communities and develop life-long friendships.       

- Enrich their personal lives with mentorship opportunities, social gatherings, philanthropic initiatives, and so much more.
