In a nutshell: Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grants fund nearly all victim services. Because these grants are not taxpayer-funded, we need Congress to ensure that the pool of money does not run dry.

In a nutshell: The incoming administration must prioritize gender-based violence prevention and mitigation efforts in its foreign policy platform, expand funding for culturally competent victim services, and respond to the scale and lethality of violence that the pandemic has unleashed globally.
