JWI Staff
We like to think of ourselves as the women behind the scenes. Or making a scene. Depends on the day.
Rachel Evans
YWLN Coordinator
Rachel joined the YWLN team in May of 2019, and immediately jumped into all things email, social, and membership-related. If you’ve got questions, she’s probably got answers. You can get to know more about her - like her secret budgeting trick and her favorite icon - here. (PS - Rachel, if you’re reading this, when are we getting some of that fresh baked bread in the office?!)
Lori Weinstein
JWI CEO
She’s the head honcho, the big kahuna, our fearless leader.
Meredith Jacobs
JWI COO
Meredith does a little bit of everything, including heading up the Marketing Team and managing the Development Team. She consults with the YWLN on event planning, board governance, and more. (Plus, she’s a Jewish mom extraordinaire - ask her about her book.)
Deborah Rosenbloom

Deborah manages the programming department, including JWI’s college preventions programs, financial literacy programs, and the advocacy department.
Debbie Ash-Lee

Lisa manages all of JWI’s donors and fundraising initiatives. Ask her about how to get involved with the National Library Initiative and Mother’s Day Flower Project! Fun fact: she used to run a cooking blog, so shoot her your recipe-related questions too.
Dorian Karp
Senior Advocacy and Policy Manager
Dorian is our resident political wonk. She pens the 3-2-1 Advocacy emails and keeps JWI up to date with all things Capitol Hill. If you’ve attended our yearly Advocacy Day, you’ve likely seen Dorian in action!
Ariella Neckritz
Manager of Prevention Programs
Ariella supports the Programming Department with its many initiatives, including college programming, our National Alliance webinars for professionals in the DV field, and is a machine when it comes to applying for grants. Bonus: If you ever needs some words of affirmation, Ariella is your girl.
