Through the workshop, attendees will learn to identify their needs, communicate effectively, and show up authentically in their relationships—all in a supportive and engaging environment.
In her practice, Hayley offers a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR for processing deeper relational or childhood wounds and EFT or IFS to explore her clients' inner worlds. She aims to create a safe space where individuals can move at their own pace, process their experiences, and find meaningful, lasting change.
Hayley's mission is to help clients feel grounded, whole, and ready to bloom.
