Lindsay Dell Cook is the President and Founder of Budget Babble LLC. She founded Budget Babble in 2016 to support individuals and couples looking for assistance in charting their path to financial security. Her belief that everyone should have access to personal financial education and resources has guided Budget Babble as we strive to serve our community in making smarter financial decisions through analysis, education and coaching.

Before founding Budget Babble, Lindsay spent nearly a decade as a Senior Tax Analyst with the public accounting firm Ernst & Young, LLP as well as DuPont de Nemours. She specialized in taxation of individuals and corporations as well as individual financial advisory.

Lindsay has a Bachelor’s degree from Drexel University in Accounting and Legal Studies, and a Master’s in Taxation from Villanova University. Lindsay is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Financial Education Instructor℠ and a certified coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.
