Jennifer Mandelblatt (she/her/hers) is a Co-Founder and the Executive Director of Platform. Platform is a political training and lobbying organization dedicated to amplifying young women and femme’s voices to influence legislative decisions. As Executive Director, she serves as the facilitator for the Directors Team, focuses on Platform’s growth and expansion; fosters a national community of young leaders; leads trainings on effective advocacy across the country; and organizes lobbying initiatives. Jennifer received her B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations with a minor in Inequality Studies from Cornell University in May 2017, just months before the team launched Platform as an organization.
