Erica was honored as a JWI Woman to Watch in 2017, and currently sits on JWI’s board of trustees.
Kim Oster-Holstein is a passionate entrepreneur, business coach, writer, speaker, inspiring leader and teacher of entrepreneurship. Kim is a brand architect and strategic visionary with 22+ years of expertise from ideation to marketing to social impact. Kim is co-founder and chief mocktail officer of Industry Juice, a juice company providing cold-pressed juice to restaurants and bars across the country. She is co-founder and chief strategy and marketing officer for AlertBOSS, a tech platform providing smart alerts, as well as co-founder and CEO of Nourish Foods Group’s The Crave Bar, co-founder and chief inspiration officer of TwistWorks consulting and mentoring entrepreneurs, and co-founder and former owner of Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels. Kim’s honors include Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year from the Women’s Business Development Center of Chicago (2009), Women’s Business Enterprise National Council Star Award (2010), Chicago Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame (2011), and a JWI Women to Watch award (2010). In 2014, Kim was named to Northwestern University’s Council of One Hundred and is part of the Dell Women Entrepreneurs Network.
