SPEAKER
Jocelyn Eve, LICSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and group therapist. She received her Masters of Social Work at Smith College. Her practice is rooted in the belief that each of us are inherently whole and deserving of joy, freedom, and care. For four years, Jocelyn has worked as a coach with the Beyond Surviving program in association with Rachel Grant Coaching. She has worked in various mental health and psychiatric settings ranging from therapeutic mentorship and home based work to inpatient and intensive outpatient services. Jocelyn has have long been committed to the field of domestic violence/intimate partner violence. Jocelyn co-founded the Survivor Leadership Collective, New Beginnings (a resettlement program uniting college students with women in a re-entry program in CT), and Dharma at a Distance. She will soon be featured in the Mclean Hospital's Deconstructing Stigma project She volunteers at the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center on the Survivor Speakers Bureau. She resides in Somerville, MA where she enjoys hiking, eating, and playing with her new bernadoodle puppy, Maisy.
