Join the LA network and turn off your "Tuesday Thoughts" by stepping onto your yoga mat for this energizing, 1 hour- vinyasa style yoga class taught by Jess Ray. This is a great way to reconnect with your fellow LA members while also taking a step back to sweat, strengthen your muscles, and focus on your mind and body.
Upon completing her 200 hour training at YogaWorks Back Bay (formally Back Bay Yoga Studio) Jess Ray has spent the last 8 years teaching in Boston, New York City and LA. Jess' motivation to teach comes from her personal journey on the mat. A place that is physically challenging, mentally clearing, filled with soul and humor. She is passionate about helping people find connection and self confidence by challenging them on the mat. Inspired by her background in high intensity movement as a gymnast, she guides students through a dynamic sequence designed to build strength and flexibility. Jess’ background provides her with a unique understanding of the body that allows for intuitive, concise cueing. Her classes vary weekly but the style is always a creative, fluid, soulful flow blending the strength of vinyasa, the philosophy of bhakti and vibrant energy of kundalini.
