Making Healthy Choices
Making a choice can be really hard, and knowing what is the best choice doesn't always make it easier.
Here are some things to think about as you are making a decision:
- Is this the best choice for me?
- Will this decision make me happy?
- What are the pros and cons for each choice?
- Am I going to be happy with my decision a couple of months from now?
Tips:
- Write it down--make a list of pros and cons to help clarify your choices.
- Sleep on it--a decision deserves time and thought.
- Talk it out--ask a friend or trusted adult to help you think things through.
