Deborah Rosenbloom

Deborah Rosenbloom, Esq. is the Director of Programs, responsible for directing all of JWI’s programmatic efforts, including JWI’s advocacy and coalition-building work. An experienced trainer, Deborah has overseen the development of several new initiatives - JWI’s innovative healthy relationship programming for young adults, the National Alliance to End Domestic Abuse, the National Training Institute and the Clergy Task Force on Domestic Abuse in the Jewish Community.

Prior to joining JWI, Deborah was the Director of Public Policy and Law at the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration. Deborah has a BA, cum laude, in History from Cornell University, and holds a Master's of Public Administration degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She is admitted to practice in New York, Maryland and the District of Columbia.  Deborah has written extensively on public policy and legal issues, and is a contributing author of Public Administration: Understanding Management, Politics and Law in the Public Sector (1st edition, 1997, McGraw Hill) and a co-author of Bar and Bat Mitzvah in Israel: The Ultimate Family Sourcebook (Israel Info-Access, 1998).
