Frandee Woolf
As National Director of Development, Frandee Woolf oversees Jewish Women International’s development campaign and national fundraising initiatives. She has more than 25 years of development, public relations and management experience in the Washington, DC community.
Prior to joining JWI, Frandee served as the executive director of the Washington office of State of Israel Bonds. She spent eight years there implementing regional strategy, developing marketing programs and campaign management. Additionally, she was their women’s division director for ten years. Frandee spent two years as development director for the Washington office of the American Jewish Committee and spent six years at AIPAC.
A graduate of American University’s School of International Service, Frandee earned her B.A. in Middle East studies and Jewish studies. Originally from New York, she lives in Bethesda, Md. with her husband Steven. They have one daughter who lives in Washington; both her husband and daughter work for non-profit organizations in the Jewish community.
